Prior to receiving an M.Arch I at Pratt Institute, Nicholas L. Faustini received both an MBA & BBA with concentrations in Finance and Information Decision Technology Management at Iona College in New Rochelle, NY. The integration of these disciplines have served NLF to design efficient, well thought-out and appropriately built, quality projects in demand. Through close coordination with clients, NLF projects seamlessly integrate the architectural ideology with the business/investment/financial aspect of a project, the component which incidentally translates one's vision to a reality, resulting in an end product which is not only innovative, but also pragmatic.
